Bathing Suits for Women

If a woman ever lets you see her standing in her bedroom either in a bathing suit or in her pantyhose, you know then that you have reached the extremely trusted stage of your relationship.

Many women feel uncomfortable in a bathing suit mainly because they don't have a positive image of themselves. Women can be their own worst enemies in this regard probably because they are far too critical of themselves. Most women are aware of their own imperfections and certainly don't need a reminder from a partner.

When a woman puts on a bathing suit she is exposing more of her body for all to see and feels extremely vulnerable. If you are a partner who feels the need to remind her of her imperfections please be aware this will not endear you to her and it only makes the problem worse with no guarantee of a fix. Do you like being reminded of your shortcomings? No, well neither does she, so "do unto others as you would have others do for you" is a pretty good motto to remember.

Women have the choice to wear a one piece swimsuit, a two piece swim suit or a bikini. The difference between a two-piece swim suit and a bikini is the quantity of material used. A two piece swim suit is not as revealing as a bikini and covers a larger area of the body where a bikini is a small swim suit exposing larger areas of flesh to public view.

A two piece swimsuit usually has a bigger pants section covering closer to the waistline and often has a short-type leg. The bra section is wider and covers a larger area of the breast. This type of swimsuit tends to suit larger women better because the bra section has better support for breasts which means they are more comfortable to wear all day.

A one piece swim suit suits the mature figure better because it is usually much more flattering. As women get older, body shape changes and even with constant care and exercise, the mature female body will never revert back to a girlish figure that looks quite stunning in an 'itsy-bitsy-tweenie-weenie' bikini. That’s just the way life is, so for women to feel more comfortable in a bathing suit it helps your self perception if you dress appropriately for it.

Stories of Stockings

My stocking story is very much like an autograph I was once given and it went something like this:

"She dipped across the dance room floor,
Doing the light fantastic
She dipped and tripped
Just goes to show,
you can never trust elastic"

If you have ever tried jitter-bugging with a pair of pantyhose hobbling you at the top of your legs you will show a little sympathy here!

What made the occassion even worse was that my dance partner had a reputation for being "a bit of a lady's man" and for me to lose my 'smalls' so openly was really embarrassing.

But, I survived after a lot of teasing. Probably wouldn't have been too bad if I really wasn't secretly very attracted to the bloke. Oh well....that's life, hey?

But if you really want to know what torture was, try wearing a pair of pantyhose in the tropics. When the temperature reaches 33 degreesCelcius and you have to walk 3 blocks, those panty hose hurt like blazes! You see, the sweat (lets call it for what it is) builds up and congeales on the inside of your thigh and with the constant rubbing of your legs together it causes a friction burn. And THAT hurts. So that was when I made the decision I was never wearing pantyhose and a girdle while ever I was living in Darwin.  And as I lived there for 30 odd years, by the time I left the place I was too old to worry too much about such niceties anyway.

These days, I much prefer to wear a pair of really good quality pantyhose with some really femine underwear and never have to walk in the heat anywhere.

Much more pleasant way to live. If you want some more stories about stockings check out my website at www.mumsdomain.com/womensstockings and there I can offer you some interesting tidbits about the proper care of womens stockings

Take Care everyone,
Jan
